Return Policy for Swift EV Golf Carts

At Swift EV Golf Carts, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please see below for details on our return policy and how you can initiate a return through your Swift EV Dealer.

Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your golf cart or accessory to the Swift EV Dealer from where it was originally purchased.

Condition: For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused, free from damage, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include all original packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please take the following steps:

  1. Return to the Swift EV Dealer where you originally purchased your item.
  2. Present your item along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. The dealer will assess the item to determine the eligibility for a return.

Dealer Returns: All returns and refunds must be processed through an authorized Swift EV Dealer. Customers are required to return the product to the dealership; returns through other channels will not be accepted.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the item by the Swift EV Dealer, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or through other means specified by the dealer.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please return the item to the Swift EV Dealer where you purchased it, and they will facilitate an exchange.

Restocking Fee

In certain cases, a restocking fee may be applicable. This will be determined by the dealer upon the return of the item.
